WASH services in small towns: Baseline report for a quasi - randomised control trial to assess impacts of the One WaSH Plus programme.

This report presents a summary of the baseline for a Quasi-randomised control trial designed to assess the impact of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) interventions in One WaSH Plus programme intervention areas. It covers the overall study design and baseline data collection, data management and quality control procedures, and an initial analysis of the main data.
