Request for Proposals: Investigating strategies to include NTDs in Universal Health Coverage (UHC) platforms within national health systems

The Neglected Tropical Diseases Support Center (NTD-SC) is seeking proposals for operational research on how to integrate NTD services into national health systems to achieve Universal Health Coverage.

With this call, the NTD-SC seeks proposals that are nested within national programs and that establish a foundation for integrating NTD-targeted programmatic activities into national health systems. 

We value proposals that focus on multiple diseases and integrate NTDs with other health sectors, including one or more of the following NTDs: lymphatic filariasis, onchocerciasis, schistosomiasis, trachoma, or leprosy. 

Award Information

• Maximum project budget: $200,000 (USD). Budgets exceeding this amount will not be considered. 
• Maximum duration of the project: All research activities must be concluded by 1 December 2027.
