Advocacy Guide for Female Genital Schistosomiasis (FGS): A Toolkit for Civil Society Organizations

The One Health Society – Tanzania has developed this Advocacy Guide for Female Genital Schistosomiasis (FGS): A Toolkit for Civil Society Organizations, drawing on years of frontline experience advocating for FGS within Tanzania’s health and policy landscape. 

Offered as a first-edition, field-tested resource, the guide provides practical methods, tools, and lessons for CSOs working to raise the visibility of FGS and other neglected diseases. 

As the guide notes, it is “a working document, offered as a first edition based on experience to date,” designed to help organizations adapt, build on, and strengthen their own advocacy and communications efforts.
