Clinical Trial Preparedness Compendium of Assessments for Clinical Research Centers
This is the Clinical Trial Preparedness Compendium of Assessments for Clinical Research Centers - a compendium on the CTC.Africa website that provides assessments to guide healthcare centers or research centers toward implementing quality management system elements as well as best practices aligned with the conduct of clinical trials.
This Compendium of Assessments helps to prepare for the participation in clinical trials in compliance with international and local principles for Good Clinical Practice and beyond.
The intent is to help Clinical Research Centers (CRC) to identify what needs to be done to fulfil the requirements of the ICH-GCP principles, or gaps in requirements and associated regulations. By knowing these gaps, CRC should be enabled to achieve compliance with the international and local standards to protect the safety and well-being of participants in clinical trials, ethical aspects in the conduct of clinical trials, and provide reliable data for the development of health care solutions.
